I have been time blocking and just picked up a desk calendar to map out my entire 2020. I created a lead tracking sheet with a reward system to follow based on meeting my weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual goals for making connections and setting appointments. I just made an appointment to get my website up and going since our office doesn’t currently have one. THANK YOU!

Thank you for the advice. It really makes sense to reverse engineer the process and start with a hook. Definitely need to be different than everyone else. Makes me think of movies that start with an action scene to get your attention then goes back 48 hours to begin the story.

81 years old, have just moved twice and trying to restart my biz after 3 years autoimmune condition and reverse shoulder replacement. Have committed to 50 appointments by Dec 31!

If you're thinking about giving up… don't! As they say "Nothing good comes easy." It took me 6 months to even get my first deal across the line when I first started. Patience and perseverance is key. I just put together a video on my channel for extra motivation if you're thinking about quitting 🔥

I have recently came on full time as a realtor and let me tell you its a big change and jump form my personal banker full time job. I would not change my full time career with Real Estate to go back to a full time job I absoulty love what I do now, I received my license July 15 if I'm not wrong I have 3 listings on the market and I have my first listing under contract as of last night I'm super happy that my Door knocking, cold calls, Fb ad's, emails, flyers, videos, are coming along. thanks to this Chanel books and other things I am able to keep going and getting stronger.
