Keep in mind that Reits are taxed at normal income levels while qualified dividends are taxed at 15%, so reits often appear to have a higher dividend. That being said I like MAIN out of the ones you mention.
While I like dividend paying stocks, I never invest strictly for the dividend. Why? Dividends are paid out of share price on the ex-dividend date, meaning the dividend amount is subtracted from share price before market open. Simply put, dividends aren't free money as so many think. With all that said, some interesting picks. Thx!
