Sorry to say all the questions are closed ended questions. Customer can say "No" to all these questions. I believe more Open Ended Questions, Rich Questions and Linking Questions is the best way to connect with Customers. When you ask a question starting with How, When, Where, What, Why, they will always give you a proper answer.
