    Good marketing advice follow the path of the consumer and their thoughts, wants and needs – and know that consumers do research on their own.

    Thank you for this excellent tip. I might add that videos are the future and also allow the client to connect to the agent/broker like never before. Video is the future in my opinion, and it is working great if it is done right. However, few know how to do it right, make it interesting, entertaining and engage the consumer. All the best.
