no 10 – trimming down activity doesnt mean reducing position size, its simply mean by take some rest out of the market. once back, only trade strong signal. = my 2 cents

Hey Rayner, I have one query, please advise me that if market in daily timeframe is below 200 moving average and above 200 moving average on weekly timeframe then whether market is in downtrend or uptrend in long term.
