I’ve been saying for years they need to start “YouTube U” figure out how to use new and existing content to build curriculum and grant micro-credentials or something. Most adults I know use YouTube to learn, and I spent years doing research through YouTube documentaries, interviews, lectures, etc. Thus could be huge with good guidance and execution.

My suggestion to compete with YouTube is to run quality ads much like how a cable channel do during a show. Youtube ads where tons of fake guru selling you courses on how to make 10k a day or those fake stock experts is just so annoying. Remember kept seeing this ad by a 18 year old guy name mike who was selling shopify stores for 10$ claiming it will make you tons of money.
Wait no fake dui video where he blows into a cheap PAS machine with no calibration while claiming they are off by 50%
