Thanks Tom, I am new agent just had my first interview with one team. I have been watching your awesome videos, and doing my homework.
Gracias
One day I will have my own team. However, I will not join a team! LOL
With a 100% brokerage how would you. Break down pay
Thank you Tom Helps me a lot! Totally a "TEAM" is a solution with good organization!
Thanks for this Video. I enjoyed it a lot. I must agree. After years of solo and growing Business you realize that you can't cope with all the fields work connceted to a real estate Business. Therefore I am longing to Set up again a Team in the best successful way as possible
How do we compensate the other players?
AMAZING video!!! So informative!!! I needed this, THANK YOU!
What CRP is best? What functions are needed in a good CRM? Lastly, How can an new agent afford to build a team with the cost of paying a marketer, TC etc? Your guidance in appreciated.
What you are saying there is what it takes to run a business. Shouldn’t that be the job of the brokerage? It sounds like we have to split with the brokerage 30 or 40% plus the team. Something is off.
Tom, I love your channel. I need your advice, I am really good at BOTH of those marketing roles you just described and would rather just bring in the leads for a team. Debating if I should I get a real estate license? I had one in Florida for several years but Florida doesn’t have reprocity (can’t spell) with Texas. I feel I can use more creative- but ethical approaches to Marketing with out being licensed. I might consider getting licensed to give referrals to agents.
If we have team, how we structure commission to seller?
How to create lead idea please
Really gr8 highly appreciated
I couldn't download the manual. Please help. Thank you.
Teams only work in high sale dollar area’s, not in lower areas which is in MOST of the country. If you haven’t noticed, all people on these videos being interviewed are in big growing markets.. I’m more impressed with someone making it in a small to medium sized market than someone in Houston or Miami. No matter how you look at the numbers, this is not 100% accurate.
Tom, you clearly state Artists make all the money if they hire an Operator. What is your advice for Operators? You can't really hire an Artist. Is that certain demise for the Operators?
Do teams provide photos for listings
This was great!
My question is how are the buyers agents compensated on teams. Does the Leader get referral fees for giving them leads?
You Rock Tom!!!
Thanks for this video, I was concerned about joining a team as a new agent because I want to learn every aspect. How long do you think new agents should be on a team before starting my own team?
Thanks Tom for a great video. Definitely an Artist here with a Family Team. Roles are defined as our team has grown 100%. Operations is forming now to make life easier…Awesome numbers in 2016…Looking forward to an exciting 2017!
Hey Tom,
I am currently in school for my license. Do you think its great to join a team first when you start out?
