What's going on, guys, welcome back to the channel. appreciate you tuning in. What we're going to do is a little nighttime recap on the market. Uh, pretty much just talk to you guys about what I'm looking at some things that I'm seeing unfold in the market.

um and hopefully it can help you guys along the way. uh as well. So um, pretty much what I'm gonna talk to you guys about and walk through is is everything on the screen here A bunch of little squiggly lines is really all it is at the end of the day? Um, so so what I want to talk about is this last sell signal we had in the market and then this last Buy Signal So what I'm going to do is just erase everything and then walk you guys through. kind of the whole process of having this all set up the same way I am and kind of the way that you would use it.

Think about it. Uh, you know, through and throughout. So I'm going to go ahead and remove all the drawings here. So now we just kind of have a blank chart here.

So first we're going to look at the screen on the right. So this is a chart of the Spy S P Y. It's a chart with uh, no pre-market or after hours data. So we call that an open, high, low, closed chart.

or it be a chart with no after hours or no pre-market data. So just starts calculating data as soon as the Market opens and then stops when the market closes. Okay, and so from that when the 10 simple moving average goes below the 50, we would consider that to be a sell signal and when the 10 goes over the 50, it would be a Buy Signal. And then of course, waiting for a moving average to cross another is slightly lagging.

Therefore, we also say that a break below the 50 is a sell signal and a break above the 50 is a Buy Signal. And then obviously as the 10 crosses over and as the 10 crosses below, it's very, very hard for that to then flip back in the opposite direction. So with that being said, you can just consider that when the 10 goes below the 50 cell signal 10 above the 50 Buy Signal. And so using that logic, you could do something like this which is using a volume weighted average price.

So many of you guys have heard this before the V-wap right? There's also Anchor View apps which allow you to Anchor to a specific point in time and then calculate the view app of that. So with that being said, pretty much what we're going to do is we're going to locate the point at which the 10 SMA were broke down. So we're going to do is just kind of Mark this off. And then we're also going to mark off where the 50 SMA broke.

So we're going to mark that there. Now what we're going to do is we're going to Anchor a V-wap to this specific point, this guy and this one. So we're going to Anchor two V-waps They're going to be bearish View apps. So anchoring to the downside? All right.

So if you're following along with this step by step and you're on trading view, you're looking for this study. It's called anchor View App and if you obviously may not have it up here on your screen. so if you don't you would go into um this right here on your chart all the way down anchor V web. you can click that and bring it to your chart.
All right. So pretty much what we're going to do is we're going to Anchor a V-wap here now. All right. So let me do that.

So what I'm doing is I'm anchoring a V-wap to the specific point that broke down the 10 SMA which is pretty much right here. Okay, now when we're anchoring a view app for a bearish move, what I like to do is I like to Anchor um to the high like this. Okay, one second like that. All right.

So again, when you get a bearish signal which would be a 10 below the 50 and or break below the 50. that would be a bearish sell signal, we're then going to Anchor a V-wap to the point at which the market took out the 10. SMA Okay, we are also going to Anchor a B Web to the point in which the market took out the 50 SMA Okay, now this is going to be the Bearish trend down in regards to V-wap so volume weighted average price. So if this is a sell signal and we then anchor V whaps like you see here to the spot of the 10 SMA break and the 50 SMA break, that's going to give us a good idea as far as the volume weighted average price Bearish trend for this move that is happening.

Okay, now thinking about it like that. if this is the accumulated price, volume weighted average price of the Bearish move, it would make sense that when these red lines clear, then we would be onto a bullish move as you're taking out bearish trading volume. Okay, so we'll take you to when it flips okay right there. So this is a sell signal up here.

This is the bearish trend of that sell signal. the volume weighted average price of the cell signal. This is the market getting above the volume weighted average price of the sell signal. So the Bearish sell volume level Market above Market pulls back and holds.

So basically that is a break over the volume weighted average price of the most recent Bearish trend. That is a pullback. To retest: the breakout of the Bearish Volume weighted average Trend Okay, and so ideally that's where the market really started to flip back off this like dip, buy, and ramp up. You could say with aggressiveness.

All right. So pretty much what I just showed you was here. We have a sell signal in the market to track the Bearish volume weighted average trend of that sell signal. We're going to attach a V-wap to the point of the 10 SMA break and the 50 SMA break.

and that's going to give us a good idea as far as the bearish trend in that moment in time. Okay, and so that being said, you will see here. We got a Buy Signal Today going into today we got a Buy Signal We got a buy signal on Friday as the 50 SMA broke upwards. So what are we going to do? We are going to Anchor a V-wap Okay, we're going to Anchor a V-wap to the 10 or sorry, the 50 SMA break and the 10 SMA break.
All right. So remember this was a bearish one market is going down. We get a Buy Signal when we break over the 50 SMA and or the 10 crosses above. So this was a sell signal back here.

Red lines will be the bearish trend of this cell signal. Most people that are bearish are going to start going underwater or being read on their positions as we're to clear above the red as that's the bearish trend. average price. Okay, so now we're going to do the exact opposite of what we did with the sell signal.

So now we have a Buy Signal here. So we're going to go to where the 10 SMA breaks upwards. Okay, it happens here. Okay, so if you look at my cursor on both screens, you can see the 10 breaks up here.

The following day we break it back down and then re-break up. So that's where I would anchor from. Okay, so now we're going to Anchor going to the upside. So this is where the 10 SMA breaks up right about there.

and I'm going to Anchor to the low now because it's a move up. So now we're anchoring to the low. Okay, and I'm going to change this to Blue. The old ones will keep red, new ones will keep.

We'll do and we'll do in blue. Okay, and this is not anchored properly for right now. It needs to come down a bit to about right there. Okay, still kind of slightly off.

but yeah, that'll work there. We go all right. So this would be the anchor to the tennis. It may break right about there.

Okay and then also it broke over the 50 here. so we're going to Anchor to the upside off this right about there. Uh, that's good enough. Okay, so to kind of walk you guys through what happened over the past called week and a half, we got a sell signal here.

Market is trading down on Friday of last week. About midday, we broke above the V-wap of the Bearish move that we just had. So most people that are trading short or being bearish, they're starting to go underwater here. their positions are going red.

All right late day. Friday Okay, we got a buy signal in the market going into Monday's trading session. The 10 crosses over the 50s, so we definitely have a Buy Signal So you're not supposed to be bearish, you're supposed to be bullish all right. So now these blue lines going up.

These are our bullish volume weighted average price trend. So essentially this is support moving up and the market won't really flip and have a bearish move unless you take these out same way you saw back here. Bearer Sell signal Market moves lower when you get through. the bearish V-wap market is most likely going to flip bias and go up.

so Market is now going to be up until you were to take out these V-waps You won't really get a big sell if that makes sense. So for right now, we're pretty much just watching long Bias: To the upside: as long as the market stays over the view apps and as long as the market stays over the 50 SMA which is currently located at 39395 so pretty much prolonged biased to the upside I Hope that made sense I Hope that's not too confusing for you guys. Um, take care.

Simplicity. I suggest you add a light watermark to your charts so users can see the timeframes also you work on them

Thanks, Connor! Still wishing I could find an accurate, easy-to-use Anchored VWAP for TOS. sigh

One thing you should be looking at in this point in time is the trend line. When are still in a downtrend and price breaks down every time we touch it like it did today.. I think the gravity point is around 4031. That’s important because once we break that trend, it’s off to the races but we have failed every time.

Easy to understand! Will try this out. I wonder if there is a way to add an alert when price touches an anchor vwap…
