The shorts have 90 days to properly close their APE FTDs and to deliver REAL shares, not just IOUs, or to cover all of their AMC shorts... OR face liquidations.
This relates to FINRA rule 11880, shorts must fully and appropriately settle corporate security equity public offerings (Preferred shares are one type of equity public offering) within 90 days or face liquidation and default.
On top of this, Loop Capital has finally been charged with crime and ordered to repay and ill gotten gains/profits AND an additional fine on top.

T+90 is good and all but it is my understanding one of the requirements for a new IPO witch i believe APE falls under is it has to hold a minimum price of 4 dollars a share for 90 days or risk getting delisted from the stock exchange and become a otc stock. Could you look into this?
