    This is a great country but you must be on the right side everyone loves a scam but some get scamned As far as the short sale if they regulated things better it would work better but the only limit they make sure to check is the amount $ the homeowner can RECIEVE which made life great for investors I personally no at least 12 MILLIONAIRES some multi from doing short sales they have perfected it but now it's not as easy to many people doing them fighting for deals

    @surffyfish4striper. It's all in the approach. If you sound weak, it will come out that you are desperate. If you talk like you don't need their business but want their business, you should be good to go.

    i think calling previous customers asking ( another way of cold calling)if they know someone is weak and shows desperation to make a sale.
    on the other side of the coin what doesn't kill you make you stronger, it would never hurt by calling either.
