Intel looks like it could be a good long-term buy. Probably have to wait 3-4 years for sizeable returns but with the new FABs they are building, it could be worth it.
I will invest when TQQQ drops at $8 and invest them all there. Patience is a virtue and it can reward a great time.

This week a man 👨 n (CNBC) referred to as The chart master said if you look at this chart Apple is overpriced . It will be dropping . Apple has been dropping . America takes about three days to forget the news . CNBC needs to get there analyzing together .

I'd argue that theses ATH's were imo artificial. Caused by the extraordinary monetary policy. Yes, we are close to pre pandemic levels. But as we descend like a hot air balloon, we don't really have directional control and the closer to ground level we get the more risk we have of running into something that deflates us rapidly. Whatever those risk may be, such as margin, defaults, loss of reserve currency status, etc. They grow bigger the closer to ground level we get.
