I would wait for 2 to 4 weeks before opening up a short again. I got killed today and the market can prove to me it can go to 4500 by that time if not more.
Think of it like an ocean. The swell is driven by data but the chop is due to algorithms and big money manipulation. Just have to learn how to deal with the chop if you want to ride the waves.
