The BIG problem with FB is there is too much ads, even for creators you have to pay FB to reach audience, so nobody wants to create content for them while on tiktok even "no mane" can create a fan base

TikTok might be obliterating all other social media platforms in terms of its eyeball-time-per-day share. Where it's losing big time is in the monetizing-those-users arena. I'm not some Facebook shill. In fact, I hate Facebook and only have an account for work (with 8 friend)– I have to be able to respond to people as my brands. Facebook absolutely destroys TikTok in the monetization game. Painting a picture of Facebook languishing while TikTok thrives is sort of misleading. Facebook makes way more money than TikTok. Until TikTok steps its revenue game up, it's silly to act like it poses a threat to any other platform competing for user attention. Yeah, TikTok has user attention in droves. It isn't able to turn that attention into money though.

People understood facebook was a tech company and expanding. They changed to meta, a gimmic and a grift trying to push a new metaverse when the metaverse is just the internet.
He bet the whole company on this when he picked the name. Now they will never get investors.
It doesn't matter how good of a TikTok clone Reels becomes, if it's going to be inundated with ads like every other Meta service.
What if meta commissioned 3d models to be used in the meta verse? They could let people take however long they want to make stuff but it would be stuff on a list and if someone else beats you to it then oh well, be faster and better. Lol They could make low bid offers like $20-$100 depending on how complex and realistic they want it to be and still as low poly as possible. There are a lot of amateur 3d modelers out there these days and still a growing community as the use cases increase with things like 3d printing. Idk man, what do you think?
People still using Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and Twitter etc? 😂 that’s so yesterday. I am willing to wager that anyone that holds any of those apps will open them up while they’re around a social environment instead of being present. 😂
I couldn't understand why they removed messaging service between users on mobile phones. Then they put it back. Then they removed again. I am not going to switch to desktop site mode just to send a message.
