Today, I Want to talk about how Citadel is about to lose billions of dollars? It turns out that Citadel has likely been manipulating the stock and crypto markets for a lot longer than you and I would think. But no crypto manipulation is about to come to an end which will cost them billions in profits each and every year. So stay tuned and let's make some money. And now I arrive straight in with the information.

so you may have seen the Cfdc or commodity. Futures Trading Commission has just sued Binance for effectively Market Manipulation Now it turns out that as of October 2020, a single Trader in the US from Chicago is 12 of the volume on Binance and it's bit for next tweeted he said, remember kids, when I tell you that fewer than 20 people control the entire crypto Market we're not feeding you rubbish A VIP team member said hi CeCe I Went through the list of affected API clients. It includes a number of large strategic accounts, including a Chicago headquartered trading firm who is currently in top five client and 12 of our volume. Now By meaning it's one of Binance's top five clients.

that means top five clients by profits generated. Basically, meaning that Citadel is making hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars through Binance. Each and every year, they're making so much that they're trading actually accounts for 12 of Binance's total trading volume. Now, Binance is currently being sued by the Cfdc, which is about to get a whole lot worse.

and I do imagine the Department of Justice and likely the FBI will be involved as well. This is likely going to end with Binance being shut down with CZ being arrested, and with Citadel losing billions of dollars each and every year in profits. Now, before I get further, you may be asking: Tom Why is this good for the squeeze? Why is it good that Citadel can't trade crypto and why is it good that Cidero might be losing billions? Obviously if Citadel loses billions of dollars in profits, that also means they're going to be losing billions of dollars in assets as well and potential future assets. On top of that, if Citadel starts losing profits and losing assets, it means they're going to get closer and closer to that margin.

Cool. And obviously, when Citadel do end up being margin called, they're going to be forced to close out of their positions to pay back any and all loans that they have. And when they're forced to close out of their positions, that not only means selling off their long positions, but also closing out of their shorts as well causing the squeeze. Now you may be saying okay, Tom How exactly does this get worse for Binance? What exactly has the Cftc uncovered? Well, as DB tweeted, he said the Cfdc appears to have some internal chat logs and it doesn't sound too great on paper.

Finances Mlro, which is their money laundering reporting officer, completely agrees that we do see the bad, but we just close both of our eyes. The Money Laundering Reporting office knows that Binance operates a money laundering program or effectively facilitates money laundering, but they just simply ignore it. Finance Knows these money launderers are likely laundering small sums because they're more likely to be caught for large sums, but basically says that because it's only small sums of less than 600 for each occasion, they're basically going to ignore it. And on top of that, it turns out the Binance really does work with law enforcement, but not in the way you might think or the way you might want.

CZ Sent a message to one of his employees saying a point of Account Freeze based on a request from a law enforcement agency and immediately after the unfreeze which would occur 24 hours after the account freeze. The VIP team is to contact the user through all available means through text and through phone to inform him or her that his account has been frozen or unfrozen and he said do not directly tell the user to run, just tell them their account has been unfrozen and it was investigated by so such and such agency. If the user is a big Trader or a smart one, he or she will get the hint. CZ is basically telling his employees to notify any users of law enforcement investigation and is subtly telling them to run.

So it seems that CZ is not only facilitating my laundering, but it's actually aiding in money laundering and Market manipulation as well. So obviously, things are really not looking good for Binance, and it's likely the Doj and FBI will end up being a bulk as well. And obviously, if things aren't looking good for Binance, that means that things also aren't really looking that great for Citadel either. We know they said that I was supposedly generated around 16 billion dollars in profits last year, but I wonder just how much of those profits came from Binance and from manipulating the crypto markets instead? I wonder if at this point if they're making more money for manipulating crypto than they are manipulating stocks and without manipulating crypto, they may even be loss making.

And on top of that, it's going. The banking crisis is indeed getting worse as unusual well as tweeted they said breaking news U.S Authorities are weighing an expansion of an emergency lending facility per Bloomberg and as Bigham's tweeted, he said, tell me it's over without telling me you can't contain this anymore. So it seems the FED are really struggling to keep a hold on the current banking crisis. that may actually be getting worse now.

I Know we didn't see any major bankruptcies over the last weekend, but I Don't think it will be long until we see more bankruptcies start to trickle through. Because we're also seeing CNBC deleting data on current credit default swaps, we can see the CNBC just deleted five pages showing the current and historical five-year credit default swaps for a number of big Banks. They deleted the credit default swap data for JP Morgan Bank of America PNC tourist financial and Wells Fargo Interestingly, they didn't delete all of the credit people swap data for all of the big Banks just for these five. So I wonder if that's just a coincidental accident, or if they've specifically been told to delete some of the data for potentially more at-risk Banks Or maybe these Banks aren't necessarily more at risk because of the size of these Banks.

But if we did see their credit default swaps going up, it could generate more and more panic. and obviously more and more Panic leads to more withdrawals, which leads to even more Bank runs again, just another sign. The market is likely to continue falling, which will further eat into Citadel's profits even more. And as Wall Street Silver tweeted, they said total deposits are down to 3.5 from its highs or more than 650 billion dollars from the peak.

And they said this is the largest drawdown in deposits in the last two decades. surprising even the great financial crisis levels it seems AMC Theaters even know exactly what's currently going on in the watermark. AMC Theaters Tweet is saying all day every Monday you can enjoy three dollar rental on hundreds of discounted movies like the Big Shaw even AMC is advertising The Big Short as a brilliant film that you can get currently on discount. Clearly they know the banks are failing and that many users or many people are indeed watching The Big Show And if you haven't, you probably should now.

You may have also seen the market capitalization and the float size for both AMC and Ape has been going absolutely crazy over the last few weeks. It's got so bad that even Adam Mariners had to tweet about this clear data issue or the fact the price of AMC is actually much higher than many would think. He's been going to these data providers and to the exchanges to try and make them correct their data. but a simulation apronation tweet that he said this is from Vanguard the top owner of AMC and he said, do you think the top owner of AMC and one of the top two largest financial institutions would make glitches this bad for Ape? He believes the market cap for Ape should be significantly closer to 13.5 trillion dollars.

13.5 trillion dollars would make Ape and AMC the largest company in the stock market similar to Volkswagen and how it was back in 2008. a market cap of 13.5 trillion dollars I mean the price of Ape is actually closer to 200 or 300 per share.
