The deal is over its obvious Elon does not want it. The whole bot thing is not significant if it were such a problem wouldn’t that be more of an incentive to buy twitter to clean it up and make it better like he wants? This is going to be a big lawsuit by the company and it’s shareholders. If he wanted the price lower he would have had it already this deal is done not happening.

I am pretty sure Elon has engineers and data analysts who've done their research and know the numbers of Twitter's real people versus bots. Twitter knows this and will most likely make a deal with Elon, because if Elon decides to publish their own research, and sell his shares Twitter will lose a big chunk of their market share that will be devastating to the investors and Twitter's price. Most likely outcome, they'll battle it out through courts that will take quit some time for Elon to get a much better deal than Elon's $44 billion dollar original offer, maybe half of the original offer.

Kevin you were wrong! You were trying to argue that Elon was going to offer a lower price. I wrote that would never happen. Now Elon is going to pay the $1 Billion break-up fee and any court cost that my incur. If Elon tries the fight this in court, he will lose and be required to pay court cost. I'm sure his lawyers are telling him do not take this to court, you will lose!!!!! Twitter shareholders are happy because the company is now worth a lot more money and Elon will be required to pay. TSLA shareholders will be diluted to pay for this fiasco. Don't pay attend to the afterhours!!!! TSLA will decline in the coming months whereas Twitter share price will increase. This is an open and shut case!
