So when it comes to like my personal number One tip, uh, for improving as a Trader the number one most important thing that I ever did for my trading career was journaling. Now journaling your trades can look a few different ways. It depends on how like you like to process data I guess for me I'm a very visual person and I'm not I do like numbers I'm a numbers guy but I'm not a huge massive spreadsheet guy. Um I Personally found a lot of success in journaling my emotions, journaling how I did uh throughout each trade, thinking of what I could have done better within the trade.

Did I change my plan during the trade? basically just working on self-improvement from a psychological standpoint and I would make a journal for every single trade I took and I would slowly dial that back as I got more consistent with my process and my system. But hands down, the number one thing you can do is journal and again, whether that's a psychological Journal like I did or whether that's a very hard numbered data set. uh, whatever works best for you. but that is the number one quickest way to improve your Trading.
